Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of hand made production, each piece is uniquely it's own. Please expect to see marks of craftsmanship and slight variations. Each piece is formed and painted by hand and no two pieces are identical.

Returns are only accepted for incorrect shipments or items that are damaged in transit. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted. If damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving, and include a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible. After 7 days, all sales are deemed final. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the USPS / UPS for more information.
